Job summary

AT&F in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supply Chain professional focused on outsourcing and vendor management. You will build outsource machining capacity, expand the vendor base, and develop strategies aligned with the annual budget to ensure smooth production flow.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain, a BS in a related field, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Join a team performing challenging fabrications for critical projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Supply Chain role, preferably in manufacturing.
• BS degree in Supply Chain, similar degree, or minimum 2–5 years experience in similar role.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/MRP computer systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building outsource machining capacity with current vendors.
• Expand our existing vendor base.
• Develop outsource strategy based on requirements supporting the annual budget.
• Manage flow down requirements and purchase orders.
• Maintain vendor schedules and delivery dates and work with production planning to ensure seamless production flow.
• Own the negotiation process.
• Needs to be familiar with CMMC and ITAR requirement (basic knowledge).
• Other Duties as Assigned.
