Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Outsourcing & Vendor Management to lead the outsourcing strategy for the foundry, managing critical supplier relationships to ensure safe, cost-effective, high-quality support for manufacturing operations.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Quality, and Finance to align vendor performance with production objectives, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement, plant operations, or related disciplines.
• Foundry/metals/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience negotiating complex service agreements and delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, maintenance, capital projects, and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the foundry's outsourcing strategy to support production goals and capacity needs.
• Identify opportunities to leverage external partners for machining, maintenance, tooling, engineering services, and more.
• Evaluate make-versus-buy decisions based on cost, quality, and risk.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Develop vendor scorecards and performance reporting to drive accountability.
