Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in production or operations.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing with focus on value stream management.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire manufacturing value stream, overseeing all processes from raw material to product delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize value stream efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction, process optimization, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination within the value stream.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing value stream team.
• Work with quality assurance to meet or exceed quality standards.
• Manage resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet production demands.
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing strategy and capacity planning.
