Qualifications

• High school diploma with 6+ years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and system assembly methods.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all activities within the value stream, including production, quality, and maintenance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production, maintenance, and quality professionals.
• Collaborate with the production planning team to develop and execute schedules based on customer demand and inventory targets.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that products meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and value stream performance.
