Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Manufacturing Project Leader to drive capital and manufacturing initiatives across designated sites in Jonesville, SC and Waukesha, WI. The role focuses on expanding capacity, improving processes, and aligning with operations, supply chain, and engineering.

The on-site leader will own scope, schedule, and delivery for the Power Systems footprint transformation, coordinating with plant teams to scale production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Five years of manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
• Three years leading CapEx projects end-to-end.
• Relocation eligible within designated locations; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capital and manufacturing programs from planning through execution.
• Develop integrated program plans aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular program updates and manage risks to keep momentum.
• Drive multiple workstreams to a cohesive program plan.
• Oversee day-to-day expansion to bring Jonesville, SC or Waukesha, WI sites online at scale.
• Support ramping and integration of production with speed, quality, and reliability.
