Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Manufacturing Project Leader to drive capital and manufacturing initiatives across the Jonesville, SC site or the Waukesha, WI HQ. You will lead programs to expand capacity, improve operations, and integrate processes with engineering, operations, and supply chain.

The role demands extensive experience in manufacturing project management, PMI PMP or Lean Six Sigma expertise, and the ability to travel up to 75% to designated work locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent in Operations, CI, CapEx or Program Management in manufacturing.
• Three (3) years leading CapEx projects from initiation through launch with scope, cost and schedule ownership.
• PMI accreditation (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma proficiency with practical application.
• Experience with CAD tools to support manufacturing, equipment or process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capital and manufacturing programs from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost and performance targets.
• Build and execute integrated program plans, aligning cross-functional teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Provide clear program updates, manage risks and drive timely decisions to maintain momentum.
• Integrate multiple workstreams into a cohesive, executable program plan.
