Eaton seeks an Engineering-Program Manager for its ES AMER ESS division in South Milwaukee, WI. You will lead cross-functional teams through all stages of project execution, guiding new product development, operations improvements, cost reduction and sustaining initiatives to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in project leadership and/or New Product Development.

Responsabilités

• Program Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional project execution by developing plans, managing schedules and deliverables, tracking performance, and ensuring successful phase gate completion.
• Portfolio Management: Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, effective resource utilization, and successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical concerns as needed to ensure successful program execution.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication by leading project meetings, providing stakeholder updates, and documenting key decisions, actions, and program changes.
• Financial & Business Accountability: Monitor project financial performance by managing budgets, supporting forecasting and business case development, and tracking realization of program benefits.
• Team Leadership: Lead and influence cross-functional teams by driving accountability, fostering collaboration, and resolving challenges to achieve program objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, promoting program management best practices, and supporting PMO process and standard work enhancements.
