The role blends in-person collaboration with flexible hybrid work, requiring travel 40–50% and prioritizing cross-functional partnerships with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, business transformation, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience in discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong change leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation and standardization of manufacturing processes across plants and geographies.
• Define future operation models for production planning, scheduling, materials, inventory, quality, procurement and supply planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure enterprise systems support manufacturing operations.
• Lead large-scale implementation efforts and ensure adoption of new processes and technology.
• Build and lead a high-performing transformation team and manage external partners.
