Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks a Transformation Leader for Vehicle Operations and Powertrain to own Lean deployment, digital transformation, performance management and governance across our engine, powertrain, battery, and vehicle assembly network.

You will sit at the center of the transformation, acting as chief-of-staff, strategist, and change agent — building the systems, metrics, and culture that make our manufacturing organization leaner, more digitally enabled, and higher performing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in automotive manufacturing, operations, or transformation leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean deployment and FPS across engine, powertrain, battery, and vehicle assembly plants.
• Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap incl. Industry 4.0 and IIoT.
• Own the end-to-end performance management framework and governance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partner with plant managers and executives.
• Build and lead a high-performing transformation team.
