Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three Packaging Operator Trainers across three shifts.
• Maintain training records and monitor employee competency.
• Collaborate with Training Department Supervisor to cover shifts as needed.
• Stay updated on company policies and communicate changes to trainers.
• Provide shop-floor support during peak workload or staffing shortages.
