Job summary

HellermannTyton is seeking a Quality Technician Supervisor to oversee day-to-day QA activities and lead a technician team on multiple shifts at our Milwaukee site. You will manage escalations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in manufacturing QA, strong leadership, and solid experience with MES, JDE, and related quality systems. On-site role with a focus on maintaining certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day quality control activities across shifts.
• Lead the technician team and manage schedules and escalations.
• Coordinate training and development for staff.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and certifications.
• Investigate escalated quality issues with production and engineering.
