Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist in Fairport, NY to support development, delivery, and continuous improvement of the plant training program.

The role involves delivering Job Instruction training, administering training platforms, coordinating onboarding, and creating engaging eLearning content. Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams is required to drive effective training outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience developing or administering training programs in manufacturing, technical, or operational environments.
• Ability to facilitate classroom and hands-on training for diverse employee levels.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and on-the-job training practices.
• Ability to administer learning systems, maintain accurate records, and use data to track progress and gaps.
• Ability to create clear, engaging training content and eLearnings using varied media.
• Strong project leadership and cross-priority organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the plant’s TWI trainer and auditor, delivering Job Instruction training and coaching.
• Administer Dozuki training and knowledge platform, including content structure and access.
• Manage TrueBlue Learning activities: curricula, records, reporting, and user support.
• Coordinate and lead new employee onboarding activities.
• Design, develop, and deploy eLearning content using appropriate media.
• Support plant training projects, improvements, and cross-department initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement training technologies to improve delivery and accessibility.
• Provide coaching and support to process training leads and related staff.
