Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Corporate Training Specialist to design, develop, deliver, administer, and evaluate learning solutions that enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance. You will partner with HR, department leaders, SMEs, and employees to identify learning needs and create role-based and enterprise training.

Training may be delivered in person, virtually, or through blended and self-paced formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in training & development, HR, or business administration.
• Experience designing and delivering training in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and translate needs into measurable objectives and curricula.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning content with add-ons like guides, presentations, and knowledge checks.
• Facilitate training sessions and adapt delivery to audience and schedule.
• Maintain LMS administration, course setup, user support, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to align learning with onboarding, performance, and career development.
