Job summary

CFS is seeking a Training Specialist to shape employee development in a brand‑new 400,000‑square‑foot manufacturing facility, working closely with Engineering and Safety leaders to align training with operations and safety priorities.

You will lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training programs; develop Standard Work Instructions and training materials; and support continuous improvement of training effectiveness, with bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures.
• Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to employee development and training effectiveness.
