You will design instructional materials, deliver hands-on training, and track effectiveness to ensure quality standards and safety compliance. Collaboration with supervisors and leadership is essential for identifying needs and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of measurement tools, blueprints, and other topics the training programs center on.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to effectively lead training programs.
• Computer proficiency (use of ERP systems and Microsoft suite of products).
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and follows all safety rules and regulations, both in daily work and in the development of training programs.
• Trains production employees on measurement tools, blueprint reading, and more.
• Regularly assess the efficacy of training programs and makes improvements as needed.
• Designs, prepares, and orders educational aids and materials.
• Develops and maintains training documentation.
• Collaborates with production supervisors and operations leadership to identify training needs and map out training plans.
• Gathers training program feedback and makes recommended changes.
• Assists with new hire onboarding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
