Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) is seeking a Welding Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for welders, including manual and robotic processes, to meet quality and production standards. You will create instructional content, supervise demonstrations, and ensure certification readiness across shifts.

The role requires experience in welding certification, strong teaching abilities, and the capacity to travel between MEC facilities to support training initiatives.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical welding training preferred.
• 2 years of welding-focused technical college or equivalent experience.
• CWI or AWS welding certifications preferred; extensive welding and QA experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot welding processes and teach certification standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Trainee development of welding processes and training programs.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions for all shifts.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and demonstrations.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback for improvement.
• Assist in certification courses and prepare students for tests.
• Maintain training equipment and materials.
