Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Training Coordinator in Florence, KY to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training program for hourly staff in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met while maintaining training records and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing training materials, onboarding new employees, coordinating with operations and safety, and tracking progress with leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates degree preferred.
• 2 years of training coordination experience, manufacturing preferred.
• Experience working with hourly production employees strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing training programs for hourly manufacturing employees.
• Revise training materials, work instructions, and job aids.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and safety teams to align training with needs and compliance.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training plans.
• Track onboarding schedules with supervisors and production leadership.
• Maintain training records and certifications; manage documentation and compliance metrics.
• Provide training progress reports and support continuous improvement on the floor.
