Novolex in Franklin, OH seeks a Process Technician to be the SME for a production area, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement. The role emphasizes safety, quality and operational efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong communication and training abilities, and a hands-on approach to resolving issues while collaborating with Plant Leadership to improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Able to effectively communicate up and down within the organization.
• Ability to teach, coach, and train production personnel.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading current and new employees in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve process or equipment issues.
• Deliver hands-on training and coaching on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Follow GMP and food safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership to improve area performance.
• Monitor and optimize machine performance including productivity, uptime, waste, quality and speeds.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, startup procedures, and quality standards.
