You will monitor training effectiveness with standard evaluation techniques, collaborate with managers and teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong communication, basic data interpretation, and good PC skills are important for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information clearly to groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient PC use including Windows OS and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
