Job summary

Carolina Poly, Inc. in Chester, SC seeks a Trainer to lead production training and document outcomes. The role ensures all employees complete required training and communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of training experience, preferably in manufacturing, is comfortable with day or night shifts, and can conduct new hire and forklift-related training while helping develop new programs with management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience training required.
• 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing training preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management.
• Bilingual with above average communication skills using both Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct New Hire Training of Production Workers
• Heavy Equipment Training with Forklifts and other Equipment
• Work with multiple levels of management to create new training programs and initiatives
• Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management
