Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Read tape measures, measure parts, read order tickets.
• Knowledge of procedures for the safe and proper handling of hazardous chemicals and materials.
• Understanding of decimal/fraction/metric calculation and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and direct on-the-job training of team members.
• Deliver training using varied formats (role-plays, videos, lectures).
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training effectiveness.
• Support 6S initiatives and the MasterBrand Production System (MPS).
• Collaborate with HR to improve onboarding and development.
