Job summary

Jabil seeks a Trainer I to conduct established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes at our facility. You will monitor training effectiveness and apply standard industry concepts and procedures to support workforce development.

You will present information to groups, define problems, collect data, and utilize Windows-based software and Jabil tools to deliver effective training sessions. This role may include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to present information to managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows and related software.
• Familiarity with training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.

Responsibilities

• Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a field.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
