Job summary

Jabil Byhalia, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to onboard, train, and develop manufacturing employees to ensure safety, quality, and production standards. This role delivers hands-on training, facilitates new hire orientation, supports cross-training, and partners with operations leadership for workforce readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Site: Byhalia, MS; Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday. The role requires strong PC skills and proficiency with Jabil systems; responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience delivering instructor-led and hands-on training.
Experience onboarding and coaching new hires.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training to production staff.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and job-specific training programs.
Train employees on manufacturing processes, work instructions, quality requirements, safety procedures, and company systems.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching and retraining as needed.
Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
