Job summary

JCB Savannah is seeking a Training Manager to design and lead the plant's comprehensive training program. You will partner with operations, quality, engineering, and HR to deliver safety‑driven, production‑oriented training that raises capability and performance.

You will build scalable onboarding, qualification, and leadership development programs, coach trainers, and ensure compliance with standards while driving continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or workforce development.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plant training strategy aligned with operations and priorities.
• Lead onboarding and qualification programs for new manufacturing staff.
• Create standardized training materials and work instructions with cross‑functional teams.
• Measure program effectiveness and report to plant leadership.
• Coach leaders and trainers and manage trainers across shifts.
