Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing and production teams.
• Coordinate training schedules based on staffing needs and operational priorities.
• Lead hands-on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirements.
