Job summary

Aved Electronics seeks a Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver training that supports our manufacturing teams. You will ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to work safely and in line with standards.

This hands-on, collaborative role ties into continuous improvement, onboarding, and cross-functional partnership with operations, HR, and SMEs to build a well-trained workforce.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical training in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality practices, and safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with assembly, crimping, and soldering; IPC certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles, using adult learning and instructional design principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organization and time-management skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on and classroom training on equipment, processes, safety practices, and quality standards
• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training records to meet company and regulatory requirements
• Partner with department leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify training needs
• Support new hire onboarding through technical orientation and job-specific instruction
• Assist with the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and training materials
• Other Duties as assigned

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $73,500.00 Annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Solid organization and time-management skills; able to work independently
