Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a training program leader to design, develop and deliver technical training for a manufacturing environment. You will lead instructors, develop curricula, and coordinate training across departments to ensure compliance and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate brings experience in Data Center technology, strong public speaking skills, and a track record of building effective learning programs that transfer to on-the-job performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing people.
• 2+ years’ experience with Data Center related architecture, electrical and thermal systems, safety and security and all related procedures.
• Good time management, public speaking, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of instructors to design, develop and deliver technical training programs.
• Create training schedules, track outcomes, and maintain training records.
• Develop and implement training strategy including onboarding and product training.
