Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Manufacturing Training Leader to design, coordinate, and deliver training programs ensuring safe and efficient performance. This role collaborates with production, HR, and safety teams to identify needs, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with training or supervisory experience, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, and familiarity with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in training or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTM, ATD) preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA and regulatory training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff in manufacturing operations.
• Conduct hands-on training on equipment operation, safety, quality standards, and production processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and feedback.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
• Support onboarding and integration of new employees into production.
• Update training materials and SOPs as processes evolve.
• Lead cross-training initiatives to increase workforce flexibility.
• Monitor training KPIs and report on progress.
• Create an inclusive and safe learning environment for all employees.
