Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to support day-to-day plant operations, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team through training and accountability. The role focuses on production efficiency, safety, and quality while maintaining open lines of communication with other departments.

The candidate will oversee staffing, performance feedback, and adherence to company policies, working to meet or exceed production goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Manager with daily plant operations and production objectives.
• Schedule routine equipment inspections to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of plant activities and metrics.
• Lead lean improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Provide guidance and development for team members through feedback and training.
• Address customer complaints with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
