Responsibilities

• Leads Training and Deviations teams; builds a learning culture and ensures audit-ready quality artifacts.
• Accountable for site manufacturing training programs and deviation assessments; aligns with GMP regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Drives Right First Time (RFT) by identifying training gaps and developing robust training materials; represents the function in quality councils.
