Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Georgia is seeking an HR Specialist - Training to partner with production leadership, oversee training programs, and support performance management. This role ensures on-time onboarding, compliant training, and accurate records across the facility, with a focus on developing people in a manufacturing environment.

You will analyze training data, manage documentation in HRIS/LMS, and collaborate to drive workforce capability and engagement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training, employee development, learning programs, or HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and coaching principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Analytical skills to gather and interpret workforce data and metrics.

• Ability to support a multi-shift operation and varying schedules.
• Experience with HRIS, LMS, or Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and coordination of facility training activities across all shifts and departments.
• Partner with department leaders and trainers to ensure onboarding and job-specific training are effective, compliant, and consistently administered.
• Monitor training matrices, qualification records, certifications, and employee development documentation.
• Track training completion rates, competency assessments, and workforce readiness metrics.
• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, development planning, coaching documentation, and corrective action follow-up.
• Assist leaders in identifying skill gaps and creating development plans to improve individual and team performance.
• Analyze training and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives for hourly production associates.
• Serve as a resource for associates and leaders regarding training requirements, career development opportunities, and performance expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation within HRIS and learning management systems.
• Develop and distribute reports related to training compliance, employee development progress, and performance metrics.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workforce development.
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory training requirements.
• Partner closely with Human Resources and Operations leadership to support organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
