• Provide oversight and coordination of facility training activities across all shifts and departments.
• Partner with department leaders and trainers to ensure onboarding and job-specific training programs are effective and compliant.
• Monitor and maintain training matrices, qualification records, certifications, and employee development documentation.
• Track training completion rates, competency assessments, and workforce readiness metrics.
• Support employee performance management processes, including reviews, development planning, coaching documentation, and follow-up.
