Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Training and Development Specialist for the Alamo, TN site to lead and coordinate diverse training programs.

You will facilitate leadership, interpersonal, and lean management topics, and support onboarding and content creation. Ideal candidates bring strong teaching and presentation abilities, plus experience with LMS administration, MS Office, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree or certifications in education, business, HR, psychology, or related field or equivalent experience as a trainer or facilitator.
• Experience delivering training on leadership, onboarding, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to coach structured on-the-job training (SOJT) and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs to develop or improve programs.
• Facilitate training on leadership, interpersonal skills, lean management and onboarding.
• Partner with Operations, Training & Development, Process Engineering, and CI Leaders to create materials.
• Train/qualify SOJT trainers and maintain LMS records.
