Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Training & Development Leader to shape a culture of continuous learning within our manufacturing environment. You will design, deliver, and optimize programs that elevate employee capability, engagement, and performance across functions, partnering with Operations, HR, and leadership.

You will drive onboarding, development pathways, and training effectiveness while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Training & Development or a related field.
4+ years designing, administering, and delivering training programs.
Experience in manufacturing and supporting a diverse workforce.
Knowledge of lean management and continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee training and development programs to enhance performance and skills.
Partner with Operations, HR, leadership, and support functions to improve learning.
Enhance onboarding programs for a positive new employee experience.
Develop, track, and analyze training KPIs to measure effectiveness.
Implement training plans aligned with business objectives and priorities.
Manage training systems, records, and resources.
Develop training materials and support trainers using adult learning methods.
Evaluate practices and recommend innovative solutions to improve capability.
