Job summary

Watts is seeking a Training Coordinator to support workforce development, employee capability, and training compliance across manufacturing operations in Franklin, NH. You will partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, Engineering, HR, and site leadership to ensure employees gain the knowledge and resources to perform safely, efficiently, and per company standards.

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, this onsite role focuses on onboarding, creating training content, documenting

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Training & Development, Industrial Management, Education, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in training, manufacturing, human resources, operations, or a related environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training activities, including onboarding, job skills training, safety training, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee onboarding activities and ensure training documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update training matrices, certification records, qualification documentation, training files, and status records.
• Develop, update, and deliver training content using methods like demonstrations, SOP reviews, job aids, coaching, and skills verification.
• Monitor training completion and certification requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, supervisors, Lead Trainers, Trainers, and Buddies to support onboarding.
• Schedule and support Lead Trainers across all shifts while maintaining standards and documentation.
• Provide coaching to Trainers and new hires as needed.
