Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Training Manager to lead the site-wide training strategy, ensuring workforce capability and accelerated onboarding across manufacturing functions. The role oversees curriculum design, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement, leveraging digital and AI-enabled training solutions and managing the TMS/LMS to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development within manufacturing settings.
• Proven LMS/TMS deployment, reporting, and compliance.
• Ability to design and implement blended curricula.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across functions.
• Knowledge of regulatory quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site’s multi-year training strategy aligned with goals and workforce needs.
• Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of training programs for all production roles.
• Manage and develop training staff, trainers, and SMEs for high-quality delivery.
• Own workforce capability mapping and skills matrix by value stream, shift, and line.
• Oversee certification and recertification programs aligned to risk and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee LMS/TMS administration, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
