Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and develop technical and professional training content for manufacturing sites and MIRATECH U. The role emphasizes hands-on instruction and credible content built with engineers, technicians, and skilled trades, beyond theory.

You will architect MIRATECH's internal learning standards, onboard new hires, and drive a multi-site curriculum with a phased rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D.
• Experience building training content from ground up.
• Experience designing train-the-trainer models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design technical and functional training curricula for manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles.
• Build train-the-trainer materials and facilitator guides.
• Develop assessments, job aids, and reference materials for retention.
• Develop equipment-based technical training covering mechanical systems and tools.
• Establish content development standards for consistency across sites.
