Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing safety practices and PPE; pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own the Chandler training line and train new mechanical assemblers during their first two weeks.
• Deliver on-the-job, onboarding, cross-functional and classroom training; adjust to trainee needs and suggest program improvements.
• Set training schedules, coordinate with supervisors and SMEs, track completions.
• Explain work instructions and processes clearly; maintain training matrices and records.
