Job summary

The position is focused ~70% on training and ~30% on compliance coordination, partnering with production supervisors and leads to ensure readiness and timely training documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience training employees in manufacturing.
• Ability to demonstrate manual tasks and explain instructions.
• Clear verbal and written communication and strong organization.
• Familiarity with safety practices and PPE; pass ATF background screening.

Responsibilities

• Own the Chandler training line and provide hands-on instruction for new assemblers.
• Deliver on-the-job, classroom, and cross-functional training; suggest improvements.
• Set training schedules and coordinate with supervisors and SMEs.
• Explain work instructions, processes, and safety practices clearly.
• Enter and reconcile training records and maintain matrices.
• Assist audits and training documentation requests; support program evolution.
