Plug Power Inc. is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing & Test Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting production operations.

You will drive standardization of test platforms, own the engineering ticketing system, and partner with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver quality improvements, throughput, and cost reductions. A BS in Engineering or STEM and 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in people leadership are required.

• Leadership experience managing engineers/technicians
• Hands-on with production test systems and data acquisition
• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation and ERP routings

Mansioni

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of test and process engineers and technicians
• Own engineering ticketing system, backlog, cycle time, and KPI reporting
• Partner with Production to align engineering priorities with build schedules; drive cost and throughput improvements
• Manage budgets for process and test engineering and oversee capital requests
• Develop and maintain production test assets, ensuring calibration and data integrity
• Drive standardization of test platforms across product lines and oversee vendor programs
