Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a leader to head the Manufacturing Test team, overseeing validation of high-volume energy products. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to ensure robust testing and design-for-test initiatives.

You will coordinate test program development, manage budgets, and partner with suppliers to qualify test stations, focusing on continuous improvement, data quality, and production readiness for new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Test team to validate high-volume energy products.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and priorities across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with system integrators and vendors to qualify test stations.
• Lead/debug manufacturing test failures across mechanical, electrical and software domains.
• Drive continuous improvement of test processes, including efficiency and data quality.
