SpaceX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Components Test to lead acceptance testing of satellite electronics, develop advanced electrical test systems, and evolve production and testing processes for Starlink satellites.

Responsibilities include building expertise in manufacturing/test processes, leading NPI of PCBA assemblies, evaluating non-conforming hardware, driving cross-functional collaboration to design and validate test systems, and improving yields and manufacturability.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, computer engineering, physics or STEM
• 1+ years in manufacturing, test, or design of electronic products or hardware

Aufgaben

• Build expertise in manufacturing and acceptance test processes for satellite electrical components
• Lead NPI of PCBA assemblies into production, overseeing equipment qualification and line layout
• Evaluate non-conforming hardware; lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering to design, validate, and document test systems and fixtures
• Drive design/process improvements to optimize yield, performance, cost, and manufacturability
