Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience interpreting technical data and using data-driven decision-making to solve engineering problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes for root cause analysis.
• Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.
• Develop and release test procedures for new products transitioning into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the product lifecycle to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Support NPI activities by ensuring test coverage and process robustness.
• Analyze product performance and yield data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to increase yield, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Drive projects from concept through production launch with quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
• Provide technical leadership and training to technicians and manufacturing personnel.
