Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the electrical test engineering team. You will design, develop, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products in a high‑reliability environment onsite on the 3rd shift.

The role focuses on improving yield, driving NPI readiness, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, cost-efficient test solutions for mission‑critical applications.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed‑signal electronics.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience interpreting technical data and using data‑driven decision‑making to solve engineering problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for RF, microwave, and electronic products.
• Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes for root cause identification.
• Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.
• Develop and release test procedures for new products transitioning to manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Automated Test Development, Electrical/Mechanical Design, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness, test coverage, and process robustness.
• Analyze product performance, yield data, equipment performance, and manufacturing metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead initiatives to increase yield, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in design/review/implementation of new test equipment, fixtures, and production tools.
• Drive projects from concept through production launch meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and support to technicians and manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other ADI/ADFED locations to resolve challenges and improve performance.
