Job summary

Innoflight, based in San Diego, seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer I (Software) to develop and maintain automated test software for high‑quality, reliable products. You’ll build Python automation tools and work with Manufacturing, Industrialization, Software, and Hardware teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.

You will be responsible for debugging tests, supporting production issues, and driving continuous improvement in test performance and product quality while growing your automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
1+ years in software development, test automation, or manufacturing engineering (internships/co-ops OK).
Working knowledge of Python.

Responsibilities

Develops automated test software and ATPs for reliable production testing.
Creates Python-based test scripts interfacing with ATE and lab instrumentation.
Troubleshoots production issues and supports root cause analysis.
Analyzes production test data to improve FPY and quality.
