Innoflight LLC in San Diego seeks an experienced Software Integration & Test Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team responsible for integrating, validating, and automating testing of advanced aerospace products. You will oversee activities from concept to production, ensuring requirements are met and driving innovation in test solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering teams delivering complex integration and test programs.
• Expertise in software integration, testing, and verification methodologies.
• Experience developing Python-based automated testing solutions.
• Proven ability to coordinate across Software, Hardware, FPGA, and Systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Software Integration & Test Team, mentoring engineers and shaping culture.
• Direct software integration and automated test activities across multiple programs.
• Drive test automation strategies to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align on requirements and milestones.
• Define test strategies and procedures ensuring traceability to customer and program needs.
• Review documentation and test results to maintain configuration control.
• Identify process improvements and drive engineering efficiency.
• Manage risks and develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and leadership to meet expectations.
