Job summary

As a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer Co‑op, you will gain hands‑on experience designing, developing, and supporting test equipment for a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to verify products meet quality and reliability standards, perform hardware‑level debugging, and help improve test coverage and throughput while earning a salary and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks/Creo or AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with schematic/PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, QElectroTech.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools like calipers, 3D printing, etc.
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, DAQ, etc.
• Experience with project management tools such as Gantt charts or MS Project/Planner.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, build, validate, and maintain electrical and mechanical manufacturing test solutions.
• Leverage manufacturing tools to meet fixture design and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering disciplines.
• Analyze test data to identify failure modes and root causes.
• Perform hardware‑level debugging of test systems and interfaces.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, procedures, and reports.
• Support continuous improvement to increase test coverage, throughput, and repeatability.
