Axcelis is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer Co-op in Beverly, MA. As a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer Co-op , you will gain hands‑on experience designing, developing, and supporting test equipment used in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to help ensure products meet quality, performance, and reliability standards. This role provides exposure to real‑world engineering challenges, including the design, development, and validation of electrical and mechanical test solutions, fixture design, and hardware‑level debugging of test systems. Through this experience, you will develop practical engineering skills, learn how testing integrates into large‑scale manufacturing, and contribute directly to improving efficiency and product quality.
Applicants must be candidates for a Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Electrical, Computer Engineering , Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or similar programs.
