Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Automation Test Software Engineer for Manufacturing in Irvine, CA to build and maintain software for Sentry Tower systems. You will develop automated test suites and user-friendly interfaces to streamline hardware verification and diagnose issues for technicians on the shop floor.

You’ll implement robust error-capturing, collaborate with hardware and QA teams, and continuously improve testing frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience building test automation, instrumentation, or tooling for hardware and bench testing.
Proficiency in Python for test and tooling work; 2+ years in Rust or C++ for services under test.
Solid grasp of networking principles (CAN and Ethernet) with hardware interfacing and diagnostic tools.
Strong engineering background in CS/SE/Math/Physics.
US person status eligible for a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop automated test suites to verify hardware functionality and performance.
Create user-friendly interfaces to facilitate issue diagnosis for non-technical users.
Implement robust error-capturing mechanisms to provide actionable insights.
