Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for our warehouse in Columbia, MD. You will be responsible for production equipment setup, logs, material inspection, quality testing and packing finished goods.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a warehouse/shop/plant setting, proficiency with MS Office, and forklift experience. We value proactive, team-focused professionals with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Understanding and experience with machinery, assembly tools, and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of production equipment.
• Maintain accurate production logs of finished goods.
• Inspection of raw materials for defects and required traceability.
• Quality control testing of finished products.
• Packaging and labeling of finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to improve production rates and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, pallet wrappers, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
